About KampBfit

My name is Bryce Kampwerth, I started training and eating to change my life. In that time fitness and meal plans have become a way of life.

I started my path to be fit at the age of eighteen and have found myself to be competitive. I have always worked hard and strive to improve my life. I don't know the meaning of "give up" or quit. If you get knocked down, you get to determine how to get back up.

I served in the US Army as a Combat Medic; striving for fitness and strength to meet all the requirements to take care of my soldiers. After leaving the Army, I began to take my physique to new heights and compete in Men's Physique Competitions.

I have worked to get my ISAA Personal Training Certification and have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing fitness coaches throughout my process.

With my passion for fitness, determination and hard work ethic I decided I could help people reach their fitness goals. Let me help you WIN the battle of nutrition to get where you want to be.

Meal Plan Options

If you need help with proper nutrition, your looking for more education, or you just don't want to do it yourself, Let me do the work for you. All you have to do is track your Macro's or follow the detailed meal plan each day. 

I have been where you are wanting to make a change, looking for more education, not sure where to start. You can buy the latest online plans that everyone is using or you can get the advice of friends, but you will never get the results you seek because it isn't designed for you. Let me build your custom plan, join the battle and lets crush your goals.

Option 1

This Option is for clients that have an understanding of Macro-nutrients and flexible dieting. This plan provides a clear outline of the marco-nutrients you will consume on workout days and non-workout days. You will track your daily macro-nutients through the MyfitnessPal  app to track your daily intake. These numbers will be adjusted weekly to make sure you reach your fitness goals. Upon request a full list of healthy food options will be provided.


Option 2

This Option is a detailed Meal plan where you will be provided with a detailed menu of what to eat and when. This plan will change bi weekly and this plan is set to specidfic healthy options to help you reach your goals.


Add a Workout Plan

Either option 1 and 2 can be combined with a weekly workout plan that is made specificly to reach your goals each week. This is a great option to add to make sure that each one of your goals is met each week.

The options above are based on where you are, the goals you want to accomplish and to your lifestyle. If you have food allergies, food restrictions or vegan. The meal plan can be based off of these restrictions. All plans are ment for you to meet your fitness goals. (weight managment, build muscle, increase lean mass, or shred down.) Each plan includes weekly to BI-weekly check-in depending on your progress. Cheat meals and refeeds are set when the meal plan is on track.
