We offer meal plans to fit your individual. If you have been working hard in the gym for years and your scared of a strict diet or having to say 

 
 

Option 1 

For those already familiar with or interested in flexible dieting. Macros will be adjusted during weekly check ins, based on the client’s goals and needs. You will track your own macros on MyFitnesspal to make sure you stay on track.

Includes bi weekly to weekly check ins, accountability, cardio recommendations, macro-nutrient timing, and meal planning guidelines.

$99 (3 month commitment)

 

 

Option 2

If you want to just have a plan made for you this is the option for you. This is a detailed Meal plan where you will be provided with a detailed menu of what to eat and when. This plan will change bi weekly and this plan is set to specific healthy options to help you each your goals.

Includes bi weekly to weekly check ins, accountability, cardio recommendations, macro-nutrient timing, and meal planning guidelines.

$149 (3 month commitment)

 

6Add a Workout Plan to Option 1 or 2

Workout Plans can be purchased separately or added to any Meal Plan Option. This is great for someone that would like total guidance in the gym and in the kitchen. The Workout plan will be customized to reach your goals of building, toning or shredding your body or specific body parts.
